Mega Evolution Era

The Mega Evolution Base Set (the first set of the Mega Evolution era, released late 2025 and forming the foundation for 2026 expansions) marks the return of Mega Evolution mechanics to the Pokémon TCG. It introduces powerful Mega Evolution Pokémon ex, such as Mega Lucario and Mega Gardevoir, featuring significantly higher HP and stronger attacks—but with the trade-off of giving up three Prize cards when defeated.
